As Director of Business & Sales Operations at Microsoft, I lead our BI and Analytics team here in the US. My team's focus is leading our BI and analytics architecture and strategy to transform data from across the company into world-class predictive BI and analytics to deliver rich, dynamic insights to enable our teams, from senior leaders to individual contributors, to gain deep insights into and run their businesses.
With my 20+ year background, I have extensive personal experience with our Microsoft Partners, sellers, and business, including: working for a Microsoft partner, starting and running a channel partner (system builder, software and hardware reseller, and network integrator) for several years, joining our Microsoft U.S. Team leading many partner initiatives before moving to our worldwide team, where I led our Non-Managed Partner Experience and Satisfaction efforts before expanding to take on leading our worldwide Partner Experience and Satisfaction efforts across all of our SMS&P partners globally, then returning to the Microsoft U.S. Team to join Sales Excellence, which has led to my current role in Business and Sales Operations, based on a BI and analytics platform I built.
I have had the great fortune to work with so many you, both within our teams and with our Microsoft partners around the world, through a variety of initiatives, including: the creation of the CPI BI & analtics platform, leading the U.S. Open Value Subscription launch; Achieving all-time high partner satisfaction levels, Microsoft Small Business Channel Community launch; Broad Partner engagement programs; Disaster Relief Programs; Small Business Specialist Community; and many more, such as these, and I look forward to the endless posibilities ahead of us as we continue to push the boundaries of creativity and capabilities in transforming the world together.
